Connect, DYMO’s label design software, allows individuals and organizations to easily and quickly design and print the labels they need. Years of quick fixes and neglect led to poor customer sentiment and a backlog of design and development debt. I led the redesign of their label printing software for Windows, Mac, and mobile.
