Since 2020, I’ve partnered with Honda, leading teams to redesign existing digital experiences and create new ones that form cohesive, delightful journeys across mobility touchpoints. This includes a product-connected companion app for the Motocompacto, a web-based product rental platform, and a multi-modal EV charging experience that bridges in-vehicle and out-of-vehicle interactions.
Responsibilities:
Providing creative leadership and design direction to a team of designers, illustrators, animators, and developers.
Aligning business strategy with creative approach.
Guiding concept creation.
Supporting peers by reducing project and task barriers.
Managing client relationships and facilitating conversations to reveal goals, challenges, and feedback.
Creating workflow efficiencies.
Scripting, recruiting, and moderating user interviews.
Planning scope, resources, and deliverables.
