RecoveryOne is a virtual physical therapy and musculoskeletal (MSK) care platform that helps people recover from back, joint, and muscle pain through app-based programs plus human clinicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborated with a cross-functional design team to redesign RecoveryOne’s physical therapy app

  • Analyzed user testing findings and translated insights into actionable design decisions

  • Concepted and refined features aimed at driving behavior change and long-term adherence

  • Storyboarded end-to-end user journeys to clarify flows, content, and identify friction points

  • Created wireframes to explore and validate UX patterns

  • Assisted in visual design exploration, including layout, typography, and UI component refinement

  • Built interactive prototypes to test concepts with stakeholders and users
