RecoveryOne is a virtual physical therapy and musculoskeletal (MSK) care platform that helps people recover from back, joint, and muscle pain through app-based programs plus human clinicians.
Responsibilities:
Collaborated with a cross-functional design team to redesign RecoveryOne’s physical therapy app
Analyzed user testing findings and translated insights into actionable design decisions
Concepted and refined features aimed at driving behavior change and long-term adherence
Storyboarded end-to-end user journeys to clarify flows, content, and identify friction points
Created wireframes to explore and validate UX patterns
Assisted in visual design exploration, including layout, typography, and UI component refinement
Built interactive prototypes to test concepts with stakeholders and users
