LECO manufactures sophisticated scientific instruments for elemental analysis and mass spectrometry. These instruments are used by research scientists, chemists, and technicians in analytical laboratories focused on a variety of topics including food, agriculture, energy, environmental testing, metals, and pharmaceuticals. Specialized formal training is required of operators to learn safe usage and a multitude of intricate and powerful features. I led the redesign and specification of Cornerstone, the software that powers LECO's instruments. I also assisted in concept creation and specification for LECO's upcoming website refresh.
